Project risk management A 1 day course designed for project managers responsible for delivering projects on time, quality and cost. Course covers risk identification and management, risk logs and team management
Effective risk management tools A 1 day course designed for delegate wanting to learn a range of risk management tools that they will be able to apply to manage risk effectively
Asset risk management A 1 day practitioner level course for delegates responsible for managing physical assets. The course will set risk management in the context of it’s role in company objectives
System risk management A 1 day practitioner level course covering the key principles and effective tools to manage risk within the context of a system
Enterprise risk management A 1 day course on Enterprise risk designed for senior managers and directors responsible for managing the strategic risks of an organisation
